Welcome to my world and welcome to Restaurant MOTA in Anneberg Kulturpark.
With one foot firmly planted in Odsherred's fertile soil and the other in the clear waters of Isefjord, Restaurant MOTA has local and sustainable ingredients as an undeniable part of our DNA. Surrounded by forest and fields, with the fjord as our neighbor and local food producers as friends of the house, we live and breathe the local terroir.

"To make life bright and safe
for those whose minds are dark and unwell
that is why these houses were built" — Frode Krarup
Everything we pick, forage, harvest or dive for has its own right to exist. Curiosity and playfulness, constant development and a striving for perfection are what drive us. Giving our guests an unforgettable experience is what gives it all meaning.
– Claus Henriksen
MOTA is housed in a former psychiatric hospital. The buildings were built for people with a mind in darkness, and we carry that history with us. The finest produce from Odsherred. The rest is my way of putting it together.
